PLUTO is a research project that is co-funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affiars, Regional Development, and Energy. With the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mec.ed.tum.de\/en\/lpl\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Laboratory for Product Development and Lightweight Design<\/u><\/a> from Technical University of Munich, a new approach for designing thermally sensitive satellite payloads is developed. A digital twin is implemented on processor modules to develop a routine for distribution of the power consumption within the payload with the goal to minimize temperature gradients for sensitive payload components.
